Robert M. Quittner is a retired writer and photojournalist whose extensive work includes photo-journalism and advertising photography, published internationally from 1948 to present. He teaches creative photography, specializing in capturing "visual adjectives" -- images that provoke negative or positive thoughts. He and his wife, parents of two sons and a daughter, live in San Diego.
